Stopping a subscription

Open your library, find the course, and use "Cancel subscription". The renewals stop straight away.

The course stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged, and there is nothing else to do.

Refunds on a subscription

A period already started is not refunded, because you keep access to the end of it.

If you were charged after cancelling, that is our mistake — write to support@znavo.net and we return it.

Refunds on a one-off purchase

Write to us within [REFUND WINDOW, e.g. 14 days] of buying a course and we refund it, provided you have not worked through most of it.

After that window a purchase is final, unless the course was not what its page described or it stopped working and we could not fix it.

If a course disappears

An author can remove a course. If you bought it as a one-off purchase within the last [REFUND WINDOW, e.g. 14 days] and lose access this way, write to us and we refund it.

How a refund is paid

To the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually appears within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
